This is a 6-month fixed-term contract position WHAT YOU’LL DO As part of the Braze People team, the People Solutions Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall employee experience and the People team's success by driving change across the department to meet business goals. This role will oversee our AMER region and provide valuable support across various People team functions that impact our employees globally. We’re looking for someone excited about having a hand in redefining how the People team operates and how we support our employees. This role will report to the Senior Manager, People Operations, and sit within the People Operations function, but will work closely with different divisions across the People team.
