What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent experience, 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee and labour relations, as well as recruitment and selection, working knowledge of HR legislation, employment standards, and HR best practices, Experience maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote, and Teams, Ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment and shift priorities quickly as needed, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

Address workplace concerns
Manage conflict resolution
Handle progressive discipline
Participate in committees
Maintain accurate employee files
Complete investigations
Prepare reports with recommendations
Promote employee engagement initiatives
Coordinate recognition programs
Plan events and activities
Review salary benchmarks
Assist with internal equity considerations
Support HR policy development
Ensure compliance with people processes
