Design and implement benefits standardization

Ensure strategic alignment of benefits operations
Manage action shares and LTIs administration
Ensure accurate tax processing for equity benefits
Ensure benefits programs compliance with tax regulations
Collaborate with legal and tax experts
Develop legal documentation system for benefits
Oversee tax processing for benefits
Lead change management for benefits topics
Develop communication strategies for benefits
Lead process transformation initiatives
Conduct critical analysis of non-compliant processes
Champion continuous improvement initiatives
Establish operational controls
