Support employee lifecycle management

Maintain adequate control and minimize risks

Lead vendor management relationships

Oversee employee benefit programs execution

Develop benefits documentation systems

Spearhead Tier 2 support for benefits issues

Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration

Design and implement benefits standardization

Serve as subject matter expert for benefits policies

Drive impactful projects

Ensure strategic alignment of benefits operations

Manage action shares and LTIs administration

Ensure accurate tax processing for equity benefits

Ensure benefits programs compliance with tax regulations

Collaborate with legal and tax experts

Develop legal documentation system for benefits

Oversee tax processing for benefits

Lead change management for benefits topics

Develop communication strategies for benefits

Lead process transformation initiatives

Conduct critical analysis of non-compliant processes

Champion continuous improvement initiatives

Establish operational controls

Direct completion of Control Self-Assessment

Manage resolution of audit findings

Ensure team compliance with training

Promote HSE and security excellence
