What You'll Do.
Manage the employee life cycle processes
starting from the hiring process & onboarding until the coordination and administration of termination and off boarding activities for the French region
including creation of required documentation & system updates.
Create employee contracts
oversee and complete all required steps of the hiring process
coordinate with different stakeholders to provide an efficient and seamless onboarding experience
Manage the employee job change process in Workday and related systems
Administer termination activities
ensure smooth & compliant off-boarding
Ensure all systems are up to date throughout the entire lifecycle of the employee
Manage all documents related to people life cycle management (preparation
Provide general support on employee related questions (Level 1) and be engaged in the Customer Service process in Service Now
Handle direct queries from employees via phone calls
Address operational issues
investigate and follow up to resolution in an effective and timely manner
Execute in compliance with Sanofi policies relevant guidelines
including GDPR and French labor law
Complete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIs
