Coordinate onboarding processes
Coordinate orientation processes
Serve as first point of contact
Maintain and update HRIS
Assist with benefits administration
Assist with open enrollment
Maintain compliance-related records
Maintain leave administration records
Maintain personnel files
Provide administrative support for employee relations
Support grievance tracking
Support labor relations activities
Assist with recruitment activities
Coordinate candidates
Perform reference checks
Maintain employee badge inventory
Manage postage machine
Coordinate daily communications
Distribute safety notifications
Serve as HR representative on Social Committee
Assist with planning employee engagement activities
Assist with coordination of employee events
Assist with execution of recognition programs
Assist with maintaining employee records
Assist with filing systems
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems
Provide exceptional customer service
Provide administrative support
Perform special projects
Perform administrative responsibilities
