We’re looking for an experienced People Projects Manager to shape scalable people frameworks and initiatives across our Support Centre, Customer Care and Distribution Centre teams. This role is ideally suited to someone with deep HR business partnering experience, who enjoys solving complex people challenges through organisational development, developing and rolling out frameworks, and enterprise-wide initiatives. Working closing with our HR partnering teams supporting our Support Centre, Customer Care and Distribution Centre teams, you will translate business needs into practical, scalable and impactful people solutions. **The Role You Could Play:** Reporting to the Head of Capability & Workplace Relations, you will partner closely with the broader People & Education team to drive people programs and organisational development initiatives across MECCA’s Support Centre, Distribution Centre and Customer Care teams. You will: * Influence, work constructively with and support HR Business Partners to deliver people programs and organisational development initiatives across Support Centre, Customer Care and Distribution Centre teams * Drive the evolution and architecture of people frameworks including performance & growth, role levels, remuneration, competencies and talent programs * Partner with stakeholders to diagnose people and organisational challenges, and design scalable processes, frameworks, tools and initiatives to address them * Act as a strategic problem-solving partner to the HR Business Partnering team for Support Centre, Distribution Centre and Customer Care, on business-unit-wide people priorities * Leverage workforce analytics, reporting and people insights to support strategic decision-making * Translate business strategy into scalable, practical and impactful people solutions **What You Will Bring:** You are a highly organised and proactive people professional who enjoys solving
