Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead end-to-end People projects and programs, from problem definition through execution and final recommendations, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Design and implement detailed project plans, manage timelines, and optimize workflows to ensure efficient and transparent delivery. Track project progress, identify risks early, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Leadership to drive alignment and execution. Establish and maintain strong project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with standards, best practices, and internal controls. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and materials for senior leadership and key stakeholders to support decision-making. Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and a culture of experimentation within the People organization. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in project management, business operations, strategy, or consulting, including at least 2+ years within an HR or People function. Strong experience working across complex, cross-functional environments involving HR, Finance, Legal, Product, Tech, and executive stakeholders. Proven ability to manage ambiguity and deliver results with a balance of urgency, structure, and thoughtful execution. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences, including senior leadership. Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Airtable, and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Strong ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across multiple teams and priorities.
