What you’ll do HR Program Management: Design, redesign, and execute People and HR programs, including step/level frameworks, eligibility structures, and internal initiatives. BAU Cycle Ownership: Run recurring HR cycles such as compensation reviews, promotions, and goal-setting processes end-to-end. Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with HRBPs and Operations teams to align People initiatives with business needs. Program Execution: Lead the day-to-day execution of People programs, ensuring timelines, communication, and delivery quality. Strategic Program Design: Contribute to the continuous improvement and strategic evolution of internal People processes.
