What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Meaningful ER experience. You've handled terminations, grievances and conflict, in the EU., Experience acting as a business partner or direct support to operational managers, Hands-on with payroll and contracts across multiple entities or countries., Professional proficiency in English., Professional proficiency in Spanish.
Nice to Have
Other European languages -such as Italian, French, or Portuguese- will be considered a plus.
What You'll Do.
Payroll & contracts: Own the full cycle across our European entities.
HR processes & HRIS: Keep our people data clean and our processes consistent.
Manager partnering: Act as the go-to for a defined group of managers.
International employee relations reference: Be the first line on employment questions across our Intl. markets.
