What You'll Achieve.

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4–6 years’ experience in an HR advisory, People Partner, or HR Business Partner role, Proven experience delivering people initiatives within a complex, matrixed organisation, IT capability, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and HR systems
Nice to Have
Experience in organisational effectiveness, change enablement, or workforce transformation, Exposure to reward, recognition, or performance frameworks, Experience within financial
What You'll Do.
Providing end‑to‑end people leadership within a global operating model
Translating business strategy into impactful people solutions
Ensuring all existing HR operations continue to run smoothly and effectively
Full oversight of payroll
HR cyclical activities (such as performance and reward processes)
Supporting process alignment
and employee transition activities
trusted relationships with leaders
Partner with the business to co‑create and deliver people plans
commercially grounded advice
Coach leaders to strengthen inclusive leadership capability
Lead the delivery of core global HR programmes
Ensure programmes are delivered with rigour
and stakeholder engagement
Act as a key People Partner supporting the integration of Manulife Investment Management and MCQS in the UK
on‑the‑ground support across organisational design
and cultural integration
Support leaders and employees through change
Manage employee relations matters effectively
Apply knowledge of UK employment law and TUPE
Exercise sound judgement when navigating complex or sensitive situations
Leverage Workday and workforce analytics
Translate data into clear
Use insights to inform engagement
and succession strategies
Serve as a visible ambassador of the “One HR” model
Collaborate closely with global Centres of Expertise
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes
Utilise centres of expertise to effectively and professionally manage
recruitment and selection
Actively participate in GWAM and enterprise‑wide people initiatives and project work
Provide proactive support to the Global GWAM People Partner community
Support GWAM succession planning and top talent development
