Must Have
Extensive experience in a HR Business Partner or advisory role supporting leaders, Employee relations expertise with sound judgement in people matters, Proven ability to influence, coach and challenge stakeholders constructively, Comfortable operating in fast changing, high growth or operational environments, Alignment with CDC’s Values – you are committed, meticulous in your thinking, and tenacious in pursuing strong, sustainable people outcomes, Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance
