About the role 🤓 You will join the People team as part of the People Ops & Payroll function. You will work in close collaboration with the Payroll Specialist, sitting within the People Compliance & Governance area. It is a high-autonomy, high-variety role with visibility across the entire company, the operational backbone that keeps everything running smoothly for our ~400 employees. Your focus is on the ops side: coordinating processes, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring every cycle (payroll, onboarding) runs on time and without gaps. ## Requirements What challenges you'll be solving 🚀 Payroll & Compensation * Coordinate the monthly payroll cycle with the Payroll Specialist: variable collection, process tracking, contract changes, and internal audit support. * Manage offboarding processes end-to-end from the ops side. Deel & Freelancer/Advisor Management * Run monthly payments on EOR for international employees: expense approvals, time-off management, and bonus/variable additions.
