Bachelor Degree, Providing operational support for recruiting lifecycles, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including in the following areas: ● Providing administrative support for the recruiting process, which includes, but is not limited to: assisting recruiters with scheduling internal and external candidates, managing reschedules and cancellations, and handling escalations that arise during the interview stage of the recruiting ● Demonstrating verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with business recruiters, hiring managers and ● Ability to multi-task and leverage critical thinking skills to deliver high quality, accurate work with ● Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced ● Creating and maintaining process documentation with attention to ● Utilizing relevant technology, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Workday, Interview Scheduling Hub, and other firm-sponsored web-based ● Oral and written proficiency in English required.
