ROLE ROADMAP We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-first HR Specialist to make sure our team's experience is sharp, high-standard, and enjoyable. You'll own onboarding, compliance, benefits, payroll, and the day-to-day HR administration that lets us scale efficiently and in an organized manner. In this role, you'll be streamlining and improving HR processes to build the backbone of People Ops at one of the fastest growing financial startups in the country. You'll be a critical part of a small, high-ownership team, which means your work will be visible, your impact will be real, and there's a lot of green field to make your own.
