What You'll Do.
First point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and store managers across the DACH region
Manage HR administration
and employee documentation
Support payroll processes
Prepare monthly people updates
Collect relevant information on joiners
maintain and update employee information in HiBob
Support retail scheduling processes in Tamigo
Proactively communicate about contract expirations
and legislative changes
Provide hands-on support with care
and a people-first mindset
Support People Partners with research and operational improvement initiatives
Assist with scheduling
and timesheet corrections across retail stores
