Must Have
A interest in HR and People Operations, Educational background, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, Attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage deadlines accurately, A proactive mindset, confidence working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with changing priorities, People-first approach, genuine motivation to create a positive employee experience, Tech affinity
Nice to Have
some experience in HR, administration, or retail operations is a plus, a good understanding of German and Dutch is a big plus, experience with HiBob or Tamigo is a plus, but not required

Support our retail teams
become the first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and store managers across the DACH region
Keep operations running smoothly
manage our HR administration
and employee documentation
Support payroll processes
prepare monthly people updates and collect relevant information on joiners
maintain and update employee information in HiBob and support retail scheduling processes in Tamigo
Help managers stay ahead
proactively communicate about contract expirations
and legislative changes
Deliver a great employee experience
provide hands-on support with care
and a people-first mindset
Contribute to team projects
support People Partners with research and operational improvement initiatives
Support workforce management
assist with scheduling
and timesheet corrections across our retail stores
