Maintain our core HR systems (e.
, HRIS, performance platforms, onboarding tools, etc.), Own the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of employee data, Identify manual processes and proactively build scalable solutions using automation and integrations across tools, Process key employment changes — including new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, etc — ensuring timely and accurate updates across People systems and cross-functional stakeholders, Serve as the day-to-day owner of US visa processes, including H-1B transfers, PERM applications, and other employment-based immigration filings, Maintain and update People policies, process documentation, and system configurations to ensure accuracy and accessibility, Ensure system configurations and data meet compliance requirements (e.
, I-9s, security and compensation audits, employment verifications), Serve as a resource to employees through our ticketing system — answering questions and resolving issues related to HR systems, data updates, and process flows with clarity and care.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our People operations: ensuring data integrity, streamlining workflows through automation, and partnering cross-functionally to improve both our internal processes and the broader employee experience. You'll work closely with our Manager, People Operations, and collaborate alongside our People Ops Generalists to keep our programs running smoothly and with intention.
