You will be the technical custodian of our employee data. Your mandate is to ensure that Workday is the "source of truth," that global payroll inputs are error-free, and that our employment compliance audit trails are perfect. You are the engine room that ensures the People function runs on accurate data and processes. HRIS (Workday) & Data Governance Transaction Execution: Execute high-volume operational tasks in Workday, including job requisitions, compensation changes, photo approvals, and personal data updates. Data Auditing: Perform weekly audits of new hire information and termination data to ensure 100% accuracy. Reporting: Generate raw data reports for the Leadership Team, specifically focusing on "Rhythm of the Business" metrics and InfoSec audit requirements.
