ABOUT THE ROLE The People Operations Specialist executes the systems and logistics that shape Overflow's employee experience — from onboarding to recognition to offboarding. Working closely with the Head of People, this role ensures that Overflow's values of generosity, gratitude, excellence, family, and relationship are lived out in tangible, everyday ways for every employee. This role blends strategic system execution with relational warmth — you'll be the person who keeps HR systems running smoothly while also being a trusted, familiar face across the company.
