We are looking for a high-performing Specialist to join our global team and own critical pillars of our employee journey! In this role, you will be the absolute guardian of our global data integrity and the primary gatekeeper for candidate compliance from hire to retire. Key Responsibilities Roles (The Mission) Lifecycle Data Guardian: Own the integrity of employee data throughout the entire lifecycle within Workday, ensuring absolute accuracy. Risk Compliance Lead: Act as the primary gatekeeper for global compliance by managing and executing robust background verification (BGC) processes. Operational Excellence Partner: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, HRBPs, and external vendors to streamline workflows. Responsibilities (The Work) Workday Data Management: Execute complex global data changes (transfers, promotions, comp updates, terminations) and manage mass uploads using Workday EIBs. End-to-End BGC Ownership: Partner with external vendors to trigger, track, and review comprehensive background checks. Safely escalate and resolve discrepancies.
