Must Have
1+ years of HR, People Operations, or related experience, working knowledge of HR operational processes and employee lifecycle support, Experience with HRIS platforms, Experience supporting onboarding and HR compliance activities, organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, written and verbal communication skills, Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools, Customer-service mindset

Provide day-to-day support related to policies
Assist with resolving employee issues
Support onboarding coordination
Assist with employee data management
Help maintain accurate employee records
Support updates to HR workflows

Support compliance activities
Coordinate with internal teams to support HR operational processes
