The People Operations Shared Service Specialist is involved in various aspects of the People Operations administration and coordination. You will work with the People Operations team to deliver People & Culture administrative and operational services to the employees and managers from both hotels and offices. You will mainly be supporting the Northern European countries, so we are looking for a candidate who is fluent in Icelandic (preferably native level), combined with conversational proficiency in Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish, as well as strong English communication skills. We are flexible on where this position can be based, but preferable locations would be Reykjavik, Oslo, Copenhagen, or Madrid.
