Promoting a seamless and customer-focused experience across the employee lifecycle; Supporting our people to do what they do best; Enable the Global People Operations’ vision; Create fast, convenient and transparent Wiser support; Assist business leads and teams in delivering a seamless Wiser experience; Mitigate legal and financial exposure; Ensure data accuracy and optimal working practices; Strengthen internal procedures; Ensure information is accessible and updated; Focus on automation and deflection; Identify tasks that can be centralized; Update policies as necessary to remain compliant

What You'll Do.

Promote ticketing desk

Manage traffic in line with SLAs

Act as escalation point

Develop and monitor ticket/query data dashboards

Act as HR Generalist for Brazil region

Manage end-to-end Wiser lifecycle

Support new markets lifecycle processes

Maintain compliant operations

Secure timely delivery of projects

Serve as Workday champion

Oversee and control audit requests

Act as point of escalation for Mobile Wiser

Oversee benefit administration

Maintain Confluence and TimeWise content

Drive People Operations evolution

Contribute to global initiatives

Contribute to shared services development

Role-model team ways of working

Contribute to planning cycles

Keep informed about local employment laws

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with People Services on continuous process improvement; Contribute to the broader Americas region; Contribute to global initiatives focused on automation and deflection; Contribute to the development of shared services; Mentorship and backup support to other team members; Sharing ideas for improvements and cross-team initiatives
