What You'll Do.
Promote ticketing desk
Manage traffic in line with SLAs
Act as escalation point
Develop and monitor ticket/query data dashboards
Act as HR Generalist for Brazil region
Manage end-to-end Wiser lifecycle
Support new markets lifecycle processes
Maintain compliant operations
Secure timely delivery of projects
Serve as Workday champion
Oversee and control audit requests
Act as point of escalation for Mobile Wiser
Oversee benefit administration
Maintain Confluence and TimeWise content
Drive People Operations evolution
Contribute to global initiatives
Contribute to shared services development
Role-model team ways of working
Contribute to planning cycles
Keep informed about local employment laws
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with People Services on continuous process improvement; Contribute to the broader Americas region; Contribute to global initiatives focused on automation and deflection; Contribute to the development of shared services; Mentorship and backup support to other team members; Sharing ideas for improvements and cross-team initiatives
