What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in people operations, recruiting operations, HR coordination, or employee operations roles, Experience supporting hiring pipelines and coordinating recruiting processes across multiple stakeholders, Experience maintaining organizational processes, employee documentation, and operational workflows
Nice to Have
Experience onboarding employees in fast-paced or startup environments, Familiarity with HR systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and employee management platforms

OVERVIEW: As a People Operations Manager, you will own and support the day-to-day people operations functions that help our organization scale effectively. This is a highly operational, hands-on role focused on recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee experience, organizational processes, and supporting leadership across people-related initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to help build strong operational foundations in a fast-paced startup environment. While this role will help shape processes and improve how the organization operates, this is currently an individual contributor role focused on execution rather than building or managing a large HR team. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Onboarding & Employee Experience - Own onboarding coordination and ensure employees have a smooth and organized onboarding experience. - Coordinate new hire setup including equipment ordering, account provisioning, onboarding schedules, and internal introductions. - Maintain onboarding documentation, training resources, and onboarding checklists. - Help drive employee engagement initiatives, team events, and internal communication efforts. - Support employees throughout their lifecycle with the company.
