Full Job Description

## Description About the Company   At Flow, we’re reimagining what it means to live, work, and connect. More than just a real estate company, Flow is a brand, a technology platform, and an operations ecosystem spanning condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces. We’re building a new kind of living experience: one that’s flexible, connected, and designed to create genuine community and real value for the people who call Flow home.   Our mission is oneness:  prioritizing our residents and their experiences, and fostering connection with ourselves, their neighbors, and the natural world. By putting people at the center of everything we do, we’re creating vibrant, human-centered communities where life, work, creativity, and play all come together in one place. About the Role We are seeking a hands-on, versatile People Operations Manager to establish our HR presence in California. As our first People hire in the state, this role sits within a well-resourced People and TA organization and reports directly to the Director of People. While you will have the full support of a seasoned team on the East Coast, you will serve as the sole HR representative on the ground in California — owning the day-to-day people experience for our West Coast operations as we continue to grow in the market. This is a true generalist role with a field operations lens. You'll own the day-to-day HR experience across our California properties in San Jose and corporate offices in San Francisco and Palo Alto, partner closely with on-site leaders, and keep things running smoothly — operationally and culturally — as we grow in the market. ## Responsibilities People & HR Serve as the primary HR point of contact for all California-based employees and on-site leadersOwn employee relations end-to-end — investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, and compliance with California employment law Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and ever
