What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 to 10 years of dedicated experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or Payroll and Benefits administration, Hands-on experience running a US payroll cycle, Managing employee timesheets, Practical experience running background checks via Checkr, I-9 verifications via E-Verify, Excel skills
Nice to Have
Experience as an administrator within BambooHR, Lattice, and Greenhouse, High tech-literacy with a desire to integrate AI tools into daily workflows

Own and execute People Operations programs
Lead annual open enrollment
Manage vendor relations
Audit monthly billing reconciliations
Own 401(k) recordkeeping
Optimize data workflows
Deliver unified headcount reporting
Manage performance cycles
Explore and implement AI integrations
Own onboarding journey
Run background checks
Execute I-9 verifications
Serve as contact for employee inquiries
Manage offboarding workflows
Ensure compliance with employment laws
