4–6 years HR operations experience, 2–3 years international/multi-entity HR, Proven experience setting up HR practices, Hands-on knowledge French labour law, Working knowledge US labour law, Working knowledge German labour law, Working knowledge Portuguese labour law, Working knowledge Spanish labour law, Working knowledge UK labour law, Experience managing international mobility, Comfortable working with senior leadership, Fluent in English, Fluent in French

What You'll Do.
Lead HR workstream for new entity setup
Negotiate with local lawyers
Coordinate with local lawyers
Establish compliant employment frameworks
Define local employment contracts
Define benefits structures
Define onboarding processes
Manage relationships with PEO/EOR providers
Serve as point of contact for local team
Own end-to-end process for employee relocations
Own end-to-end process for international assignments
Support visa applications
Support contract amendments
Own core HR admin across all entities
Maintain HR processes
Coordinate with external payroll consultants
Maintain compliance with local labour law
Support recruitment coordination
Contribute to building Dedale culture
Support performance review cycle
Support compensation benchmarking
