What You'll Do.
Lead HR workstream for new entity setup

Establish compliant employment frameworks
Define local employment contracts
Define benefits structures
Define onboarding processes
Manage relationships with PEO/EOR providers
Serve as point of contact for local team
Own end-to-end process for employee relocations
Own end-to-end process for international assignments
Support visa applications
Support contract amendments
Own core HR admin across all entities
Maintain HR processes
Coordinate with external payroll consultants
Maintain compliance with local labour law
Support recruitment coordination
Contribute to building Dedale culture
Support performance review cycle
Support compensation benchmarking

You will be the person who makes Dedale's global growth happen from a people perspective — setting up entities, moving people across borders, ensuring compliance in every market, and building the HR foundations that scale with us.
