Must Have
2+ years professional HR experience, 2+ years HR experience
Nice to Have
2- or 4-year degree in HR, Business, or related field, HR certification: PHR, aPHR, SHRM-CP, Life, Accident & Health Insurance License, Experience with Greenhouse ATS, Experience with Patriot Software Payroll & Accounting, Familiarity with applying AI and automation tools to streamline HR workflows, Experience supporting employees in a multi-state U. S. organization, Experience with state-specific leave requirements
