What You'll Do.

Support new hire experience from offer acceptance through

Act as primary point of contact for new

Ensure welcoming environment and seamless transition

Manage and oversee background check process

Ensure screenings are completed and cleared

Facilitate and authorize relocation benefits

Serve as bridge between employee and vendors

Ensure smooth move and compliance with HRT policies

Assist with HRIS entry and maintenance

Ensure data validity in systems and applications

Keep records up to date

Perform regular audits for documentation

Organize and retain employee documentation

Assist with coordination and scheduling of new employee

Coordinate with hiring managers

Ensure stakeholders are prepared for new hire's first

Support cross-team projects related to pre-hire experience

Manage swag and travel
