What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 to 5 years in people operations, business operations, recruiting operations, analytics, program management, consulting, or similar execution-heavy environments, Track record of taking ambiguous problems through execution, technical skills in SQL and at least one of Python or R, plus experience with BI tools, Ability to work with senior stakeholders and communicate clearly, High standards for structure and follow-through
Nice to Have
Experience with HRIS and recruiting systems such as Rippling and Ashby, Exposure to organizational design, workforce planning, or compensation systems, Experience building internal tools, automations, and operational workflows
