What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ year of experience supporting Human Resources, People Operations, onboarding, employee support, or a related operational function, organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when handling sensitive employee information and operational processes, Demonstrated ability to manage workflows independently while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization, Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams while exercising sound judgment and discretion, Proven integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company information
Nice to Have
Experience supporting high-volume onboarding or employee operations processes in a scaling environment is preferred
What You'll Do.
Coordinate and manage onboarding operations across the employee lifecycle
including pre-boarding
and offboarding activities
Administer onboarding workflows
and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless and compliant employee experience
Maintain and monitor employee data within HRIS and related systems
identifying discrepancies or process gaps and ensuring timely resolution
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to People Operations processes
and general support inquiries
Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives
helping coordinate programs
and operational logistics
Assist with People Operations reporting
documentation management
and compliance-related administrative activities
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
and workflow consistency across People Operations processes
Participate in People Operations projects and continuous improvement initiatives supporting organizational growth and scalability
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll, managers, and other stakeholders to support hiring and onboarding execution at scale; Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams while exercising sound judgment and discretion
Communication Scope
written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization
