As a People Operations Coordinator at Yext, you will be responsible for delivering HR operational support for assigned business units and will assist the HR team in every aspect of human resources at both a tactical and transactional level, with regards to onboarding, employee engagement, employee development, and communication of HR processes, policies, and procedures. What You’ll Do Manage coordination and execution of all aspects of employee onboarding, including scheduling first-day activities, new hire orientations, collecting and processing new hire paperwork, managing the background check process, administering I9/right to work checks Manage the ATS (Greenhouse) and HRIS (Workday) and ensure the accuracy of the data Engage with the People Operations
