The future isn’t coming; it’s here, and we need builders, innovators, and problem solvers to help us create it. Who you are Metropolis is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will focus on managing employee data, supporting new hire onboarding and orientation, handling various HR inquiries, and assisting with reporting. What you'll do Manage and respond to inquiries from employees and managers across multiple HR and payroll inboxes Accurately enter and maintain employee information in HRIS systems, including AS400 and Dayforce, for transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations Facilitate the new hire process from ICIMS to the AS400, ensuring timely and accurate onboarding data Review and verify employee change documents to ensure completeness and proper authorization Sort incoming mail and process payroll-related documents, including garnishments and requests, for upload to ADP Actively participate in cross-training initiatives across various People Operations functions to develop a broad understanding of the department Assist with the creation and distribution of daily, weekly, and monthly HR and payroll reports Take ownership of and contribute to special projects as assigned, gaining exposure to various People Operations initiatives Assist in the organization and set-up of New Metropolite Orientation (NMO), our onboarding program, including coordinating the IT setup What we're looking for 1+ years of prof
