Summary of the Role HB Studios is a driving force in the creation of sports video games and the studio behind PGA TOUR 2K. We are presently working on Console and PC platforms. We are looking for a People & Operations Coordinator to keep our studio running smoothly and our team thriving. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the studio—balancing day-to-day workplace management with vital administrative support and culture-building initiatives. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our studio in beautiful Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. Main Duties and Responsibilities Manage daily workplace operations, acting as the primary point of contact for building management, maintenance requests, and general studio tidiness and upkeep. Participate in the Occupational Health & Safety committee and lead safety initiatives, checks, and reporting.
