Own payroll and employee administration excellence Own payroll and employee administration processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth execution. Guarantee the quality, reliability, and integrity of employee data and contractual documentation. Oversee all key employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, contractual changes, leaves, and departures. Manage and develop the People Operations Specialist, providing coaching, structure, prioritization, and operational support.
