10+ years of HR experience, at least 5 years of relevant experience in a human resource business partnering in technology, fintech, or high-growth organisations, Track record of solving complex problems and managing organisational change, Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all levels, Experience with HRIS systems, Experience with People analytics tools such as Power BI, Structured analytical skills with demonstrated judgement, Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
