Must Have

8+ years of HR experience, at least 5 years in human resource business partnering in industries such as FinTech, hyper-growth companies, or banking and finance, Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, knowledge of cultural landscape in the markets we operate in

Leadership and strategic thinking skills, experience leading digital transformation or AI adoption in HR processes
