Get to Know the Role As a People Operations Business Partner (Pops BP), you will play a strategic role in aligning business objectives with partners and employees across departments. You will act as a strategic advisor, providing end-to-end HR expertise across organisational effectiveness, talent acquisition, performance management, career development, employee relations, compensation, and workforce planning. This expertise will ensure our people strategy creates a measurable impact on our organisation. This is an individual contributor role based in Bangkok, reporting to the Country Head of People Operations, Thailand.
