With offices in LA, London, Jakarta, Bengaluru, Beijing, and Singapore, we are rapidly achieving our mission - eliminating unfairness to enable trust for the world. **Responsibilities** * Responsible for daily operations of the HR functions * Oversee proper maintenance of employee personnel records in the HR system * Assist in administering employees’ benefit programs including but not limited to designing, developing, and execution of programs * Support office management; liaise with facility management vendors * Coordinate and manage office equipment and asset * Facilitate on- and off-boarding process * Conduct regular reviews and updates of HR Policies and processes to ensure compliance with global and local statutory requirements * Organize employee engagement activities such as corporate retreat and company gathering * Ad-hoc duties as assigned **Requirements** * Minimum Degree in Business or related fields * Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist * Expert in local employment regulations * Proficiency in global employment regulation is plus * Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment * Problem solver with strong initiative and meticulousness * Versatile and has a strong perseverance mindset
