Supporting the compilation & checking of monthly payroll
Helping with pay queries
Managing caregiver leave & other leave processes
Answering general people queries
Acting as a source of knowledge for all people policies
procedures and ways of working
Managing mandatory training programme
Supporting Learning & Development with administration and logistics for other required training programmes
Supporting Monzo’s growth and expansion
responding to queries and managing robust processes across multiple EU countries
Carrying out audit checks within core people processes
Ad hoc audits of critical documentation
Designing scalable People Operations workflows
Supporting system migrations
Identifying opportunities to automate and optimise ways of working
Producing and continuously improving documentation for all people processes
