Carrying out audit checks within core people processes

Identifying opportunities to automate and optimise ways of working
Producing and continuously improving documentation for all people processes

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high functioning team and keep our core operations running smoothly during a period of leave. Over the next 12 months we will be working on an HRIS implementation so we're looking for someone with hands on experience with HRIS design or systems migrations. Our team creates excellent employee experiences by designing and running reliable core people processes. We enable employees and managers by providing timely, accurate and user-friendly information and we own core People Systems making us the guardians of data accuracy and compliance. Each day will be different, and you'll learn a lot about the inner operations of how a People team works. The people lifecycle covers everything from the point someone is onboarded to offboarding and everything in between.
