Must Have
4–8 years of experience in onboarding and HR reporting, understanding of HR processes and payroll, Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, Hands-on experience with different ATS portals
What You'll Do.
Gather monthly payroll inputs (new starters, leavers, salary changes, allowances, deductions)., Validate on call / overtime payments and add to Deel, Process statutory payments and ensure correct evidence is received., Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure payroll data is always up to date., Respond to employee payroll queries quickly and accurately., Issue employment letters relating to pay (confirmation of salary, mortgage references, etc.
)., Work with the payroll provider to resolve discrepancies., Issue contracts and complete onboarding process, Manage the pre-employment check process, Draft letters and supporting documentation - for confirmations, F&F, references, any pay or terms changes, Ensure compliance to labor wage codes and relevant legislation, Support Finance manager on payroll & complaince activities, Monitor sickness absence triggers and flag cases requiring manager intervention., Manage and ensure payroll has correct absence data., Process joiners/leavers on benefit platforms., Manage benefit queries and liaise with providers., Manage monthly benefit admin i.
e food vouchers, Support annual renewals and employee communication., Identify bottlenecks in payroll or ER processes and suggest improvements., Build simple templates, trackers, or FAQs to streamline operations., Produce routine reports: sickness, turnover, headcount, payroll accuracy logs.
