We provide the technology platform and behind-the-scenes support that lets brokers build custom insurance solutions for specific industries or customer groups. For brokers, this means they can offer unique products their competitors don't have, earn more money, and spend less time on paperwork and administrative tasks. We handle the complex (technology, compliance, and partnerships with highly-rated insurance carriers), so they can focus on serving their customers and growing their business. As Authentic scales across both our New York and Dayton offices, we're building out the People team to support our employees and create a workplace experience that grows with us. We're hiring a People Operations Associate to be the on-the-ground HR partner for our Dayton office and the operational backbone of our people function. You'll handle the day-to-day work that keeps the People team running smoothly — onboarding, interview scheduling, HR support, office operations, and team events — while partnering closely with our Head of People to build the systems that make Authentic a great place to work. This role reports to our Head of People. What You'll Do Serve as the primary HR point of contact for our Dayton office, supporting employees with day-to-day questions and operational needs Coordinate onboarding for new hires across both offices, ensuring a smooth start from offer signing through their first 90 days Schedule interviews across both offices, partnering with hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters to keep the pipeline moving Approve and reconcile timesheets for hourly employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Manage day-to-day office operations in Dayton, including supplies, vendors, facilities, and the overall workplace experience Coordinate employee events, weekly team lunches, and culture in
