Must Have
1–3 years of experience in people operations, HR, recruiting coordination, or office management, Based in Dayton or willing to relocate, and able to be in the Dayton office 5 days a week
Nice to Have
Bonus if at a startup or in a fast-paced environment, Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (our ATS), Hands-on experience with ADP (our HRIS)
What You'll Do.
Serve as primary HR point of contact for Dayton office
Support employees with day-to-day questions
Coordinate onboarding for new hires
Schedule interviews across both offices
Approve and reconcile timesheets for hourly employees
Manage day-to-day office operations in Dayton
Coordinate employee events and team lunches
Support candidate experience with logistics
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS
