What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience (3–5+ years) in HR Operations and Payroll roles, understanding of payroll processes, controls, and compliance requirements, Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems (e. g. , Workday, SAP, local payroll providers, etc. ), High attention to detail and data accuracy mindset, Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills (e. g. , formulas, data validation, reporting), Experience supporting audits and compliance processes, Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving and analytical skills, Excellent communication in English
