What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, HR, or a related field, 3-5+ years of experience in a people analytics, HR operations, or generalist role with a data component, proficiency in spreadsheet, Comfortable turning ambiguous data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders, Detail-oriented and systems-minded, Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice to Have

experience with Rippling or comparable HRIS a plus, Experience leveraging AI tools to improve HR processes, reporting, and decision-making, flexibility to shift between analytical work and hands-on execution, Spanish fluency is a plus

What You'll Do.

Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Rippling and Google Sheets tracking headcount

and recruiting pipeline health

Translate people data into actionable recommendations across headcount planning

Surface proactive workforce insights using AI tools

Partner with the Director of People on compensation strategy

including salary banding

and performance-related increases

Manage the performance review cycle operationally — timelines

Own Rippling system integrity end-to-end: workflow configuration

Maintain Rippling as the single source of truth for people data and identify opportunities to improve automation and process efficiency

Own the full employee lifecycle from offer acceptance through offboarding

ensuring every touchpoint is operationally seamless and compliantly executed

Manage immigration-related processes including visa maintenance and renewals

Maintain HR policy documentation and serve as a resource for employee and manager questions on policy interpretation and workplace guidelines

Champion office culture and employee experience — organizing team events and creating touchpoints

How You'll Work.
