ABOUT THE ROLE This is the person who owns the technology and systems layer that the entire People function runs on and who partners directly with our Total Rewards & Infrastructure Lead to build the compensation infrastructure the company needs to scale. You'll own Workday from the inside out — not transactions, but architecture. You'll design how the system works, build the automations that eliminate manual work, and identify where AI can make the People function smarter and faster.
