What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Solid foundation in People Operations, Working understanding of HR best practices, Working understanding of employment law, Working understanding of core HR processes, Experience supporting payroll administration, Comfortable working with HR systems, Data-literate, Exposure to process and ways-of-working improvement, Attention to detail, Clear and professional verbal communication skills, Clear and professional written communication skills, Organisational skills, Time-management skills, Confident using Microsoft Office, Confident using Google Workspace, Ability to work at pace, Ability to work with agility
Nice to Have
Experience with HiBob or similar HRIS, Experience working with employees in France, Experience working with employees in Spain, Experience working with employees in Italy
