Must Have
Master’s student currently pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, HR, or related disciplines, Solid foundation in research methods, Statistics, Working with scientific literature, Analytical and critical thinking skills, Excellent communication and writing abilities in English, Able to work independently, Manage multiple tasks, Thrive in a dynamic environment, Eagerness to apply scientific thinking in a real-world business context
Nice to Have
PhD students currently enrolled in a doctoral program, Hands-on experience with statistical programming (e.g., R, Python), Critical evaluation and translation of research findings into clear, practical insights for a business audience, Passion for People & Culture topics
What You'll Do.
Conduct literature searches
Synthesize evidence on key topics
Maintain literature repositories
Support research design
Support research execution
Contribute to hypothesis generation
Assess feasibility of research approaches
Support analysis of people data
Uncover meaningful insights
